Image of Heresy ‎– "Face Up To It!" Lp

(white vinyl)

Hailing from a tiny village outside of Stoke-On-Trent, UK, PLASMID, as they originally were called, started as a three piece politically-themed Hardcore, Punk three-piece, after releasing one demo tape, they added an additional bassist and soon changed their name into HERESY. Together with other bands like NAPALM DEATH, EXTREME NOISE TERROR, RIPCORD, UNSEEN TERROR, ... , HERESY were an important part of the first wave of fast and brutal Hardcore, Thrashcore, early Grindcore bands coming fronm the UK. The Eighties were a good time for extreme Hardcore, Punk bands and so it´s no wonder that the band HERESY became very well-known in the international Punk scene (even in these days) and a lot of people call them a "legend".

"Face Up To It !" is the bands´one and only full album release originally brought out by IN YOUR FACE RECORDS, UK in the year 1988.
